About Me

Hello! My name is Ashley and I am the mother to three small children - Haley (6 years old), Natalie (4 years old), and Caleb (3 years old). This school year, Haley is going into 1st grade. Last year in kindergarten, I will admit - I sent her every day to school with a Lunchable. It was quick and easy to just grab and go, but this year I really want to do better.

So, for this school year, I've decided to try my hand at making "Bento box lunches". Something that is better, more nutritious AND overall more fun for her than those boring ham and cheese crackers day after day. She refuses to eat school lunches, being the very picky eater that she is. I know what she does like and what she doesn't, so by making her lunches myself I think we can avoid having her throw away most of the food that I buy her this year (unlike the crackers, ham and cheese...when all she really wanted was the candy bar and cheese from the package @_@).
